If we call out the one you have on your paper you will place a coin on that answer, if you get all 5 coins you call out..

 Clients are encouraged to form new friendships through joint activities. Staff observe and support social interactions throughout the day.


Evening

Music Therapy

Girls choose their favourite genre of music. They can sit, dance, chat, or move around freely.


All rooms are open during music breaks for relaxation or socialising.

Promoting connections & self expression explore your creative side while increasing your fine motor skills. This could include rock art, pouring pain, dotted paint, scrapbooking and many more.

Beauty Class

Led by Abby, a certified beauty support worker. Girls learn to wax eyebrows, legs, and underarms.


Evening

Free Time / Personal Expression

A relaxed afternoon focused on self-discovery. Girls can dance, read, draw, relax, or paint—whatever helps them feel most like themselves.

Connections


Building bonds is great, its time to build stronger connections and by doing this we strongly encourage our clients to speak to

different clients/staff about what their favourite sport is and see if each sport can be demonstrate without actually playing the sport.

Girls talk to different clients or staff about their favourite sport. They then demonstrate each sport without playing it—fostering bonding and communication.


Afternoon

Sport or Beauty Class

Fitness options include dancing, walking or running in place, or sitting exercises.


Optional beauty sessions include hair, makeup, nails, and self-care.


Evening

Movie Night

Each girl writes down a favourite movie. One is randomly chosen, watched, and then discussed in a group afterwards.

This task is simply just learning different yoga strategies using

youtube online. simply reading!


If yoga is not your thing, don't stress! we can sit back and enjoy some reading.

Candle Decorating & Baking

Candle making includes choosing a design and fragrance.


Baking options include cupcakes or cakes, with help from staff.

Independent Activities

Girls can read, watch TV, explore sensory play, or engage in any other self-chosen creative activity.

Lets get pampered


The girls have a fun day today but firstly let’s do some massage classes, the girls can participate in learning how to give back massaged. this releases stress and also allows the clients to build bigger bonds with the others.

Girls learn to give and receive back massages. This activity reduces stress and helps build trust and connection..


Afternoon

Library Group Activity

Girls sit together to reflect on the week. Each writes two highlights from their week and explains why they mattered. Staff are available to assist.


Evening

Create a Game

In groups of 2–3, girls invent their own board game using pieces from existing games. This encourages creativity, collaboration, and fun.
